How are you? I have recently started studying for step2 cs. I am using the First Aid 4th edition book. The new book does not include the new patient note format and it does not provide the sample note according to the new changes.
I want to ask if anyone has taken the exam with the new patient note format. I am really struggling at coming up with Physical Exam findings that are we have to write to support the diagnosis. Can someone please help on how you are preparing.
